An H&H (test code HH) must be ordered if one has not been performed at GPH within 72 hours. (This does not apply to surgical or emergent cases.)

All specimens must be labeled with a full name and date of birth. Both must be legible on the tube or specimen will be rejected.

Crossmatches are not performed for hospitals outside of Great Plains Health.
