7 ml urine in GeneXpert Collection Kit

NOTE: If limited urine sample is available, a minimum of 2 ml unpreserved urine is required.

Submit 1 patient sample per biohazard bag to avoid cross contamination

Swab in GeneXpert Collection Kit – 60 days RT or refrigerated

Urine in GeneXpert Collection Kit – 45 days refrigerated

Urine unpreserved: 24 hours at room temperature, or 8 days refrigerated
